These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HostMost ("we", "our", or "app"), a mobile application that enables users to plan, organize, and manage events. By using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using HostMost, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use HostMost. By using the app, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and current
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date
4. User-Generated Content
HostMost allows you to upload, post, and share user-generated content, including but not limited to images and videos related to houses, event venues, event descriptions, and other event-related content.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for offensive, abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content that is harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
- Content that contains hate speech, profanity, or obscene material
- Content that violates the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights
- Content that is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
- Content that contains nudity, violence, or sexually explicit material
- Content that promotes self-harm or harm to others
- Spam, scams, or misleading information
Content Removal and User Suspension
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
- Remove or delete any user-generated content that we determine violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or is otherwise objectionable
- Suspend or terminate your account and access to the app if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct
- Take legal action against users who post illegal content or engage in harmful activities
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law
We may remove content or suspend users without prior notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such actions when appropriate. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
Your Responsibilities
When uploading content to HostMost, you agree that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and share the content
- Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
- You will not upload content that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload, post, or share offensive, abusive, or harmful content
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers connected to the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
- Use automated systems or bots to access the app without permission
- Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
- Resell or commercialize access to the app without our written permission
6. Event Management and Financial Transactions
HostMost provides tools for managing events and tracking financial transactions. You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for all financial transactions and agreements between you and other users
- We are not a party to any financial transactions between users
- We are not responsible for disputes arising from financial transactions or event management
- You use financial tracking features at your own risk
7. Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
